Carnival!

I had the pleasure of creating Carnival-themed cupcake toppers for a family reunion.  As visions of sequins, feathers, and masks danced in my head, I created four very unique toppers for them to choose from.  Each mas was piped with different colors and designs, and hand-painted with luster dust to make them sparkle.
